We had an amazing stay at Citadines! The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions and the tube station. Our room was clean and refreshed daily, making us feel comfortable throughout our 5-night stay. We also appreciated the close proximity of 24hr mini supermarkets. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay in this hotel located near major attractions. The transportation was easy as we only had to walk a minute to the Embankment underground. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were beyond our expectations, including a dishwasher in the kitchen. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing time at this hotel which had the best location for experiencing all the main attractions. Being in the centre of everything was perfect as we could easily walk to famous tourist points such as Trafalgar Square and Embankment. The room was spacious and spotless, with all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay including a kitchenette with utensils. The staff were really helpful and provided us with extra towels and hangers when needed.

The bathroom was cramped and the shower lacked pressure, which made it difficult to use.

We were able to easily walk to popular attractions like Piccadilly Circus, the London Eye, and Big Ben. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen area. The staff were kind and helpful, even lending us an adapter when ours stopped working. the hotel provided a safe and convenient environment for our stay.

During our stay for a family vacation to explore London's iconic landmarks, we enjoyed the perfect location of the accommodation right on Trafalgar Square. The 2-bedroom apartment provided enough space for our kids to have their separate floor, and we appreciated the free coffee and hot drinks available in the lobby. Although the rooms and common areas showed signs of wear and tear, the value for money and the peacefulness of the rear apartments made our stay comfortable and convenient.

We also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the reception area, perfect for coffee lovers like us. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The staff was incredibly attentive and responded promptly to our needs, including providing assistance with the thermostat and bringing an extra floor lamp. The hotel offered great value for the money, with excellent service and a convenient coffee machine.

The helpful staff once got me bug spray. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, kitchen, and no smoking on site. I always come back for a city break.

I recently stayed at this place and was pleasantly surprised by how centrally located it was. The hotel is situated between two pubs, which was a bit noisy at times, but it was within minutes of major sightseeing attractions and was perfect for central London activities. The accommodations were great and included many room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar. The room also had a kitchenette, which was perfect for self-catering and included a toaster, dishwasher, and cookware/kitchen utensils. The staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and even accommodated my request easily.

I did have a slight issue during check-in when the staff couldn't find our reservation for about an hour. However, once the issue was resolved, everything ran smoothly.

The lobby provided a cozy atmosphere with a parquet floor and comfy seating, serving as a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The location was an absolute gem, akin to having a golden ticket to explore London's wonders right on the doorstep.

The noise from the nearby pubs can be a bit bothersome at times.

The apartment at Citadines Trafalgar Square was so cozy and comfortable, it felt just like home. The fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities made my stay so convenient and enjoyable. It had everything I needed as a business traveler.

I wish the bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower instead of a combination.

The kitchenette was so compact and cute, perfect for my gourmet cooking adventures. And the free gym access was great for when I needed to work off all those waffles.

Who needs twin beds anyway? Sleeping next to a stranger was such a delightful surprise.
